Reverse Diabetes2 Now is a lifestyle treatment for people with type 2 diabetes, developed by Voeding Leeft. Using nutrition, exercise, sleep and relaxation as therapy, the 6 month programme aims to reduce medication intake, improve blood values (HbA1c) and give people a better quality of life. In Autumn 2019 the first groups started in Hong Kong. Check this 3 minute video to see our approach.

New lifestyle programme shows possibility of reversal of type 2 diabetes

In a study published on 14th May 2019, in the BMJ Nutrition, Prevention & Health journal, scientists at the Louis Bolk Institute in the Netherlands have released the results of their investigation of a six-month pilot programme providing intensive support to reverse type 2 diabetes.  The programme includes nutrition and lifestyle support, a digital coaching and education platform, physician-guided medication management and hands-on cookery classes.
